Located in the historic SOHO Cast Iron district of New York City, TPD Architecture collaborated with the Los Angeles based Verdego design team to remodel and renovate the existing Burton Snowboards store.

TPDA incorporated Verdego’s design concept and generated complete construction documents, attained all approvals from local jurisdictions, including Landmarks Preservation Commission, and oversaw the construction administration services. Coordination and sourcing of specialty fixture items and finishes presented the greatest and most unique challenges to the project.  TPD Architecture took the lead role to ensure all parties satisfied their requirements and to ensure an on-time and on-budget successful project.
